Philip Laffey oversees Laffey Associates Fine Homes & Estates, the largest CENTURY 21 organization in New York State and the largest on Long Island. Mr. Laffey is responsible for all brokerage operations for Laffey Associates Nassau and Queens Real Estate Divisions.

Mr. Laffey received his Real Estate license on his eighteenth birthday in 1984. Starting as a rental agent in the company's Bellerose Office, he has since held many different positions within the organization. He managed many of the firm's offices including the New Hyde Park, Roslyn, Bellerose, Greenvale and, most recently, the Great Neck office.

Involved in all aspects of the organization, he also started, and continues to oversee, a special training program within the company called "Gold Circle" Training which seeks to educate a select group of agents on the special needs of the Fine Homes & Estates market. Mr. Laffey also holds a seat on the CENTURY 21 National Fine Homes & Estates Advisory Board.

Mr. Laffey is also a Principal of eRealty Title Agency LLC, a full service Title Insurance agency, First Allied Mortgage Bankers, and Kylemore Development Corp, a luxury home builder.

Mr. Laffey graduated from Chaminade High School in 1984 with honors. He then went on to receive his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College in 1988. He also completed studies through Syracuse University in London, England.

In 2005, Mr. Laffey was elected to serve on the Board of Easter Seals New York. Easter Seals has been providing services that help children and adults with special needs gain greater independence for more than 80 years. Easter Seals assists more than one million children and adults and their families annually .
